The WEFiT Family Fitness Festival is a 4-hour, all-ages wellness experience hosted by WEFiT Training, a veteran-owned strength and conditioning gym in the heart of Winter Park, Florida.
Inspired by the global HYROX movement, this festival brings functional fitness, live music, family programming, and community energy together into one unforgettable morning. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, a first-time gym-goer, or bringing your kids along, there is a place for you here.
This is not a spectator event. It is a participation event. Come ready to move.
What to Expect
The festival is structured around open fitness zones and rotating experiences throughout the morning. You set your own pace. Jump in, step back, and re-engage as much or as little as you like.
- HYROX-inspired functional fitness simulations across multiple stations
- Group workouts led by WEFiT coaches Troy and Monique London
- Kids Zone with bouncy houses, relay races, and kid-friendly movement sessions
- Yoga, pilates, and mobility classes for all levels
- Recovery-focused experiences including stretch sessions and wellness demos
- Nutrition workshops and healthy eating conversations
- Live DJ keeping the energy high all morning
- Local vendors curated for the fitness and wellness community
- Cool zone to rest, rehydrate, and recharge between activities
The Zones
The festival is organized into five dedicated activation zones, each with its own programming and energy:
- HYROX Challenge Zone: functional fitness simulations and timed workouts
- Kids Zone: safe, fun, high-energy activities designed for younger attendees
- Recovery Zone: stretch, mobility, and wellness-focused experiences
- Movement Stage: group fitness classes, yoga, and instructor-led sessions
- Nutrition Market: local wellness vendors, sampling, and healthy food options
Passport Challenge
Every attendee receives a Passport card at check-in. Visit each vendor zone, collect your stamp, and complete your passport to earn a prize. The Passport Challenge turns the entire festival into a game and guarantees you see everything the event has to offer.
