Hosted at WEFiT, 6649 Amory Ct, Unit 6, Winter Park, FL 32792, this after-hours event recreates the official HYROX format with 1 km runs between eight functional fitness stations, including the SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer’s carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls.
