What is Hyrox
Hyrox is a competitive fitness race that combines endurance running with functional strength movements. The format includes eight 1-kilometer runs, each followed by a functional workout station like sled pushes, wall balls, or sandbag lunges. It’s fast, intense, and demanding, but with the right training, completely achievable.

Hyrox is a race format with a consistent structure. While CrossFit often varies daily, Hyrox follows a set format: 8 x 1k runs + 8 functional stations. Our training reflects that, with a heavy focus on endurance pacing, power, and race simulation.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Every workout is scalable. Whether you’re new to training or already active, we’ll help you build up at your own pace.
Can I just drop in for one session?
Yes. You can book a drop-in to see if it’s a good fit. Most clients start that way before committing to a package.
