Hosted at WEFiT, 6649 Amory Ct, Unit 6, Winter Park, FL 32792, this after-hours event recreates the official HYROX format with 1 km runs between eight functional fitness stations, including the SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer’s carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. The event combines competition, energy, and community under the lights perfect for athletes training for HYROX Event, and for anyone looking to challenge themselves in a supportive, high-performance environment.
